Manufacturing Capabilities
We have extensive experiences of manufacturing Voice Assistant devices, smart home products, Bluetooth / Wi-Fi speaker products etc. With our advanced production equipment, automated inspection system, solid engineering support capability and strict quality control, and completed ERP system, we provide one-stop production services and complete almost all major production steps in the plant, allowing us to control the delivery time and product quality to the greatest extent possible.
SMT
There are 3 automatic SMT lines and 2 plug-in lines in the factory. SMT capacity reaches 1 million pieces per day, and DIP plug-in processing capacity is 200,000 pieces/day. The placement machines are all Samsung SM series high-precision placement machines, capable of mounting PCB of 20mm*20mm to 420mm*500mm size, the smallest package component 0201, supporting integrated circuits such as BGA, PQFP, PLCC, SOP, SOJ, etc. Placement.
Tooling & Injection
Extensive experience in mold design and production
4,000 square meters of injection workshop equipped with two large 20T+5T two-group cranes 16 sets of high-precision injection-molding machines
Equipped with raw material dehumidifying dryer, double-group mold temperature machine and manipulator, with a daily output of 100,000 pieces.
Assembly Line
Modern Manufacturing Plan: We use an advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to track the assembly process in real time and continuously monitor material inventory. With these integration measures, GP enables efficient management of inventory and purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery.
